摘要
目的:评估PDCA循环法降低制剂仓库调配差错的效果。方法:选取2024年1—3月实施常规管理期间吴江区中医医院制剂仓库工作人员进行的制剂调配任务256次纳入实施前组,选取2024年4—6月实施PDCA循环法后制剂仓库工作人员进行的制剂调配任务256次纳入实施后组;另纳入实施前后均参与制剂调配任务的同一批工作人员14名。统计并比较两组调配差错率、仓库管理质量评分、员工满意度。结果:实施后组调配总差错率低于实施前组(P=0.001);实施后组环境管理、药物管理、人员管理、流程管理评分及总分高于实施前组(P<0.001);实施后组工作能力、工作效率、团队协作能力评分及总分高于实施前组(P<0.001)。结论:制剂仓库管理中实施PDCA循环法能够降低调配差错率,提高仓库管理质量和员工满意度。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of PDCA cycle method in reducing the preparation and distribution errors in formulation warehouse.Methods:A total of 256 preparation and distribution tasks performed by the staff of Formulation Warehouse in Wujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during conventional management period from January to March 2024 were collected as the pre-implementation group.A total of 256 preparation and distribution tasks performed by the staff of Formulation Warehouse during the implementation of PDCA cycle method from April to June 2024 were collected as the post-implementation group.In addition,fourteen staff members involved in the preparation and distribution tasks before and after implementation were included.The preparation and distribution error rates,warehouse management quality scores,and employee satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total preparation and distribution error rate in the post-implementation group was lower than that in the pre-implementation group(P=0.001).The scores of environmental management,drug management,personnel management,process management and the total score in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.001).The scores of work ability,work efficiency,team cooperation ability and the total score in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA cycle method in formulation warehouse management can reduce the preparation and distribution error rate,and improve the warehouse management quality and employee satisfaction.
