摘要
本文从建设管理角度系统分析了临沂市兰山区柳青河大桥闸除险加固工程的实施背景、技术方案与综合效益。项目以“保障防洪安全、恢复生态功能、提升综合效益”为核心目标,通过实施闸体拆除重建、机电设备更新、生态护岸改造及信息化管理系统建设,显著提升了大桥闸的工程安全性,增强了生态功能,为类似病险水闸除险加固工程提供了可参考的技术路径和管理经验。
From the perspective of construction management,this paper systematically analyzes the implementation background,technical scheme and comprehensive benefits of Strengthening of Endangered Liuqing River Bridge Sluice Project in Lanshan District,Linyi Municipality.With the core goals of"ensuring flood control safety,restoring ecological functions,and improving comprehensive benefits",the project has significantly enhanced the engineering safety and ecological functions of the bridge sluice through the implementation of sluice body demolition and reconstruction,electromechanical equipment renewal,ecological revetment transformation,and informatization management system construction.It provides a referable technical path and management experience for similar projects.
