闽西北地区职业教育服务乡村振兴的瓶颈及优化策略

The Bottlenecks and Optimization Strategies of Vocational Education in Serving Rural Revitalization in Northwestern Fujian

摘要 闽西北地区职业教育服务乡村振兴是巩固脱贫攻坚的重要举措。但目前仍面临四大瓶颈:在地化理念与实践脱节、职教协作机制断裂、供需结构错位及师资乡土适配能力不足。为此,要构建“需求牵引+多元共育”人才供给新范式,通过“五维协同”生态机制创新,实施专业动态调整、师资赋能提升等优化策略,推动职教资源从“输血式扩容”向“造血式赋能”转型,探索出教育赋能乡村振兴的内生式发展路径。 Vocational education serving rural revitalization in Northwestern Fujian is an important measure to consolidate poverty alleviation efforts.However,it still faces four major bottlenecks:a disconnection between localized concepts and practices,a fractured vocational education cooperation mechanism,a mismatch between supply and demand structures,and insufficient adaptation of teachers to local contexts.To address these issues,a new talent supply paradigm of“demand-driven+multiparty collaborative education”should be built.Through the innovative“five-dimensional collaborative”ecological mechanism,optimization strategies such as dynamic adjustments to programs and teacher empowerment should be implemented.This will drive the transformation of vocational education resources from“blood transfusion-style expansion”to“blood-making empowerment”and explore an endogenous development path for education to empower rural revitalization.
