超大口径JPCCP用于黄土地层分洪管道建设

Application of Ultra‑large Diameter JPCCP Technology in Loess Strata for Flood Diversion Pipeline Construction

摘要 针对超大口径顶管在湿陷性黄土地层施工中面临的刀盘排渣困难、顶进方向偏移、洞门失稳漏水、泥浆套稳定性差、管节接头渗漏等问题,以郑州某分洪顶管工程为例,介绍了黄土地层顶管刀盘防结泥饼、顶进姿态控制、洞门加固与止水、长距离减阻和管缝处理及保压等施工控制技术,分析探讨了工程突发事故处理及施工控制措施效果。实践表明,相关技术可有效保证黄土地层超大口径预应力钢筒混凝土顶管(JPCCP)的成功实施,应用效果出色。 This paper addresses the challenges of constructing ultra‑large diameter pipe jacking in collapsible loess strata,such as difficulties in muck discharge from the cutterhead,deviation in jacking direction,instability and water leakage at the portal,poor stability of the slurry shield,and leakage at pipe segment joints.Using the flood diversion pipeline jacking project in Zhengzhou as a case study,it introduces construction control technologies to prevent mud cake formation on the cutterhead,control jacking posture,reinforce and waterproof the portal,reduce friction over long distances,treat pipe seams,and maintain pressure.It also analyzes the handling of unexpected incidents and the effectiveness of these construction control measures.The results demonstrate that these technologies can effectively ensure the successful implementation of ultra‑large diameter jacking prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(JPCCP)in loess strata,achieving excellent application outcomes.
