调节/缺氧+接触氧化+高效澄清用于农村生活污水提标改造

Application of Equalization/Anoxic,Contact Oxidation,High‑efficiency Clarifier for Upgrading of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment

摘要 针对上海市嘉定区某农村生活污水处理站的出水水质由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的二级标准提升至上海市《农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准》(DB31/T 1163—2019)的一级B标准的需求,通过工艺重构实施提标改造:保留原有生物滤池及人工湿地主体结构,新增调节/缺氧池、接触氧化池与高效澄清池,构建“调节/缺氧池+生物滤池+接触氧化池+高效澄清池+人工湿地”处理工艺。改造后系统出水COD、SS、NH_(3)-N、TN及TP分别为19.0~26.0、5.0~9.0、1.9~3.6、9.6~14.3、0.4~0.7 mg/L,平均去除率分别达到72%、90%、85%、64%和78%,出水水质满足上海市一级B标准。该污水处理站改造后运行稳定高效,脱氮除磷能力增强,对低浓度农村生活污水具有良好的适应能力,且运行费用仅约0.60元/m^(3)。 To meet the requirement of upgrading the effluent quality of a rural domestic sewage treatment station in Jiading District of Shanghai,from second level standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002)to first level B standard of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Rural Sewage Treatment Facilities(DB31/T 1163-2019)in Shanghai,this study implemented a retrofitting process through technological reconfiguration.While retaining the main structures of the original biological filter and constructed wetland,new units,including equalization/anoxic tank,contact oxidation tank,and high‑efficiency clarifier,were constructed,forming a treatment process as equalization/anoxic tank,biological filter,contact oxidation tank,high‑efficiency clarifier,and constructed wetland.After retrofitting,the effluent concentrations of COD,SS,NH_(3)-N,TN,and TP were measured as 19.0-26.0 mg/L,5.0-9.0 mg/L,1.9-3.6 mg/L,9.6-14.3 mg/L,and 0.4-0.7 mg/L,respectively.The corresponding average removal rates reached 72%,90%,85%,64%,and 78%,respectively.The effluent quality complied with the first level B standard in Shanghai.The upgrading system demonstrated stable and efficient operation,with enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal capabilities.It exhibited strong adaptability to low‑concentration rural domestic sewage and maintained low operational costs of about 0.60 yuan/m^(3).
