摘要
数字经济为民营经济提供了巨大的发展机遇。运用2014—2023年我国省际面板数据,在测度民营经济全要素生产率的基础上,实证探究了数字经济对民营经济高质量发展的影响及影响机制。研究发现:数字经济对民营经济高质量发展具有显著的积极影响;在推动民营经济高质量发展中,数字经济在地理区位、经济规模和企业规模方面表现出异质性;数字经济通过激发企业家创新精神和创业精神促进民营经济高质量发展。为了推动民营经济高质量发展,应加大数字技术支持力度,激发企业家创新创业活力;根据民营企业规模大小,定制化设计数字技术发展策略;因地制宜,探索差异化数字经济发展路径;重视数字经济发展的区域差异,促进东、中、西部地区民营经济协同发展。
The digital economy provides enormous opportunities for the private economy.Using inter provincial panel data from 2014 to 2023 in China,based on measuring the total factor productivity of the private economy,the paper empirically explores the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the private economy.Research has found that the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the private economy;the digital economy exhibits heterogeneity in geographical location,economic scale,and enterprise size in promoting high-quality development of the private economy;the digital economy promotes the high-quality development of the private economy by stimulating the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of entrepreneurs.In order to promote high-quality development of the private economy,it is necessary to increase support for digital technology and stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of entrepreneurs;customize the design of digital technology development strategies based on the size of private enterprises;adapt to local conditions and implement differentiated digital economy development paths;attach importance to the regional differences in the development of digital economy and promote the coordinated development of the private economy in the eastern,central and western regions.
