新质生产力视角下高职教师人工智能教学胜任力提升策略

Strategies for enhancing AI teaching competency of higher vocational college teachers from the perspective of new-quality productive forces

摘要 在新质生产力视角下,人工智能深度融入教育领域,因此提升高职教师人工智能教学胜任力成为推动职业教育高质量发展的关键.从教师、学校、社会三方面深入剖析高职教师人工智能教学胜任力提升的制约因素,相应给出解决策略:教师个体层面,需更新教育观念,提升人工智能素养与知识技能,激发内在动力;学校组织层面,应搭建人工智能学习和应用环境,优化培训体系,健全激励与评价机制;社会环境层面,要促进区域均衡发展,建立行业标准与规范,营造良好社会氛围.所提策略为高职教育培养创新型技术技能人才提供借鉴. From the perspective of new-quality productive forces,the deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)into the education sector has made enhancing the AI teaching competency of higher vocational college teachers a key factor in advancing the high-quality development of vocational education.This paper deeply analyzed the restrict ive factors improving higher vocational college teachers'AI teaching competency from three aspects of teachers,schools and society,meanwhile corresponding strategies were proposed.At the individual level,teachersshould renew educational philosophies,enhance AI literacy and technical skills,and stimulate intrinsic motivation;at the institutional level,colleges need to build an environment for artificial intelligence learning and application,optimize training systems,and establish incentive-evaluation mechanisms;at the social environment level,it is essential to promote balanced regional development,establish industry standards and norms,and create a sound social atmosphere.The strategies proposed provide reference for higher vocational education to cultivate innovative technical and skilled talents.
