摘要
为研究环氧树脂混凝土综合管廊拱顶节点抗弯性能,文中拱顶节点选用Z字型搭接加螺栓的形式,研究在相同工况、不同构造参数下的拱顶节点抗弯性能影响因素,利用ABAQUS软件对不同参数下的综合管廊拱顶节点进行数值模拟分析,分析了不同搭接长度、不同板厚、不同螺栓数量等参数对节点抗弯性能的影响,以及拱顶节点弯矩和接头转角、抗弯刚度的关系,对抗弯性能进行研究。研究结果表明,综合管廊拱顶节点搭接长度、板厚度、螺栓数量是影响拱顶节点抗弯性能的重要参数,对拱顶节点的抗弯性能影响较为显著,在实际设计中应综合考虑以上影响因素,对综合管廊拱顶节点进行优化设计,以达到节点抗弯性能合理,材料用量最节约的目的。
To investigate the bending performance of arch-top joints in epoxy resin concrete utility tunnels,the joints were designed using a Z-shaped lap with bolts.This study examines the influence of different structural pa-rameters on the bending performance of the arch-top joints under the same loading conditions.Numerical simula-tions were conducted using ABAQUS to analyze the effects of lap length,plate thickness,and bolt quantity on joint bending performance,as well as the relationships among bending moment,joint rotation,and flexural stiffness.The results indicate that lap length,plate thickness,and bolt quantity are critical factors significantly affecting the bend-ing performance of arch-top joints.In practical design,these factors should be comprehensively considered to opti-mize arch-top joints,achieving reasonable bending performance while minimizing material usage.
