摘要
目的:建立藏药材东方草莓的质量标准。方法:按2020年版《中国药典》四部通则方法检测各项指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定鞣花酸和槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷的含量。结果:拟定了藏药东方草莓质量标准草案,补充了鉴别、检查及指标成分含量测定等各项方法,限定水分不得超过8.40%,总灰分不得超过17.87%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过9.67%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于17.18%,本品以干燥品计,药材中槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷(C_(21)H_(18)O_(13))含量不得低于0.14%,鞣花酸含量(C_(14)H_(6)O_(8))不得少于0.11%。结论:本研究补充完善了东方草莓药材的质量标准。
Objective To establish the quality standard of the Zang medicinal material Lagotis brachystachya Maxim.Methods Various indicators were tested according to the general rules of Part Four of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the content of Ellagic acid and Quercetin-3-O-glucuronide was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.Results A draft quality standard for L.brachystachya Maxim has been formulated,supplemented with methods for identification,inspection,and determination of indicator component content.The moisture content should not exceed 8.40%,total ash content should not exceed 17.87%,acid insoluble ash content should not exceed 9.67%,and alcohol soluble extract should not be less than 17.18%.The content of Quercetin-3-O-glucuronide in the medicinal material should not be less than 0.14%,and the content of Ellagic acid should not be less than 0.11%.Conclusion This study has supplemented and improved the quality standard of L.brachystachya Maxim.
