摘要
随着城市更新从增量建设转向存量更新,UHPC因超高耐久性和力学性能在实际施工中应用渐广。以上海城市高架桥梁更新为例,在狭长空间和高密度钢筋等浇筑难点下研究UHPC性能,开展配合比与施工空间约束适应性研究,以及密封系统和浇筑模板设计,设计UHPC高效集约型浇筑系统。结合实际城市高架桥梁更新工程中UHPC的成功应用,为类似工程提供了可复制的经验,展望未来UHPC在城市高架桥梁更新中应用前景广阔。
As urban renewal shifts from incremental construction to stock renewal,UHPC is increasingly being applied in practical construction due to its ultra-high durability and mechanical properties.Taking the renovation of urban elevated bridges in Shanghai as an example,this study investigates the performance of UHPC in narrow spaces and high-density steel reinforcement pouring difficulties,conducts research on the adaptability of mix proportions and construction space constraints,and designs sealing systems and pouring templates to design an efficient and intensive UHPC pouring system.The successful application of UHPC in the renovation of urban elevated bridges provides replicable experience for similar projects,and looks forward to the broad prospects of UHPC application in urban elevated bridge renovation in the future.
