摘要
民办理工类高校做好课程思政建设,是实现教育思想引领力的重要途径,也是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。但在实施过程中存在着理工类学科特性与课程设计的结构性矛盾、实效性与学生参与度不足、育人能力与考核机制不足等问题。为此,提出深度挖掘理工科课程的思政元素、创新课程思政融入的教学模式、加强教师队伍建设等破解路径,并通过高校的现实案例进行深度思考,更好地探索实现课程能力培养和思政育人同向而行、协同发展的经验方案。
Doing a good job in curriculum ideological and political construction in private universities of science and technology is an important way to realize the ideological leading power of education,and it is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.However,in the implementation process,there are problems such as the structural contradiction between the characteristics of science and engineering subjects and the curriculum design,the lack of effectiveness and students’participation,and the lack of education ability and assessment mechanism.To this end,the paper puts forward some solutions such as digging deeply into the ideological and political elements of science and engineering courses,innovating the teaching mode of ideological and political integration of courses,strengthening the construction of teaching forces and through the real cases of colleges and universities to carry on in-depth thinking,better explore the experience and plans that can achieve the synchronous development and coordinated progress of curriculum ability cultivation and ideological and political education.
