摘要
随着世界正加速从美国主导的全球化模式向新型全球化形态转型,新型世界城市成为新型全球化与本土化互动的空间载体和产物。进入新时代,中国已经成为新型全球化的核心引领力量,中国新型世界城市也快速崛起,成为全球城市网络重构的主力军。揭示新型世界城市的中国范式,能够为理解中国新型世界城市发展提供理论线索,为发展中国家建设新型世界城市、推动新型全球化贡献东方智慧。本文从经济学视角出发,系统构建了中国新型世界城市发展范式的属性、时间、空间三维分析框架,通过梳理传统世界城市的理论与实践发现,新型世界城市兼具全球资源配置枢纽与全球创新中心的双重定位,绿色—智能—韧性融合的综合生产力范式是其增长极,本土化与全球化的协同共进则是其发展的核心动力。
As the world is evolving from the United States-leading globalization pattern to a new globalization pattern,new world cities have become space carriers and products of the interaction between new globalization and localization.In the new era,China has become a core leading force of new globalization,and China’s new world cities have emerged rapidly,serving as the main force in the reconstruction of the global city network.Revealing China’s paradigm of building new world cities can provide theoretical insights for understanding the development of China’s new world cities and contribute Eastern wisdom to developing countries in building new world cities and promoting new globalization.From an economic perspective,this paper systematically establishes a three-dimensional analysis framework of the attributes,time,and space of China’s paradigm of building new world cities.Through reviewing the theory and practice of traditional world cities,it is found that the new world cities have dual positioning as global resource allocation hubs and global innovation centers,with comprehensive paradigm of productive forces for green-intelligence-resilience integration as the growth pole and the coordinated progress of localization and globalization as the core driving force for development.
