摘要
Marchiafava-Bignami病(MBD)是一种与长期大量饮酒及营养不良等相关的罕见中枢神经系统疾病,以胼胝体脱髓鞘变性和坏死为特征。本文对叙永县中医医院2021年6月至2023年9月收治的3例慢性酒精中毒所致MBD病例进行总结,结合文献阐述其临床表现、影像学特征、病理机制及治疗过程,旨在为临床医师早期识别和有效管理MBD提供参考,以改善患者预后。
Marchiafava-Bignami disease(MBD)is a rare central nervous system disease associated with chronic heavy alcohol consumption and malnutrition,characterized by demyelination and necrosis of the corpus callosum.In this paper,3 cases of MBD caused by chronic alcoholism admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xuyong County from June 2021 to September 2023 were summarized.The clinical manifestations,imaging features,pathological mechanism and therapeutic approaches were described in combination with the literature to provide reference for early recognition and effective management of MBD to improve the prognosis of patients.
