摘要
目的:探讨基于毫米波雷达技术的非接触式安全监测系统在老年病房夜间患者安全监测中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年12月30日至2023年1月30日于成都中医药大学附属医院老年科住院的60例接受一级护理和心电监护的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采用床旁心电监护仪监测生命体征,试验组在对照组的基础上采用基于毫米波雷达技术的非接触式安全监测系统监测生命体征。两组观察时间为每日01:00-05:00,持续观察21 d。统计并比较两组护士夜间巡视病房总人次数和监测系统异常报警发现总次数。结果:试验组护士夜间巡视病房总人次数多于对照组,其中,因监测系统异常报警导致的巡视次数多于对照组;因床旁呼叫器呼叫、家属到护士站呼叫导致的巡视次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组监测系统异常报警发现总次数多于对照组,因呼吸/心率异常导致的异常报警次数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于毫米波雷达技术的非接触式安全监测系统采集患者生命体征信息速度快、准确性高,能及时反映患者的动态变化,护士能及时发现患者的安全问题,其应用前景广阔。
Objective:To evaluate the application value of a millimeter-wave radar-based contactless safety monitoring system in nighttime patient surveillance in geriatric wards.Methods:From December 30,2022,to January 30,2023,60 patients requiring levelⅠcare and electrocardiographic monitoring in the geriatric department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group(n=30,bedside ECG monitoring)and an experimental group(n=30,ECG monitoring+millimeter-wave radar-based contactless safety system).Nighttime surveillance(0100-0500)was conducted for 21 days.Total nighttime ward rounds by nurses and abnormal alerts detected were compared.Results:The experimental group had significantly more total ward rounds than controls(P<0.05),with more rounds triggered by monitoring system alerts,and fewer rounds triggered by bedside calls or family notifications(P<0.05).The experimental group detected significantly more total abnormal alerts(P<0.05),particularly respiratory/heart rate abnormalities(P<0.05).Conclusion:The millimeter-wave radar-based contactless monitoring system enables rapid,accurate vital sign monitoring,promptly reflects patient changes,and improves safety issue identification,demonstrating promising application prospects.
