摘要
离子色谱(IC)技术作为高效分离分析离子型化合物的重要手段,在食品药品检测领域展现出独特优势。本文系统综述了离子色谱技术在食品药品检测应用中的研究进展,结合文献,从技术原理出发,分类阐述其在食品添加剂、固有成分检测、药品成分等分析中的具体应用。研究表明,离子色谱技术通过与质谱、电感耦合等离子体等技术联用,以及前处理技术的优化,在复杂基质样品检测中实现了高灵敏度与高通量分析。未来,该技术在自动化、联用技术及新型功能材料应用方面具有广阔发展空间,将为食品药品安全监管提供更精准的技术支撑。
As an important method for efficient separation and analysis of ionic compounds,ion chromatography(IC)technology has shown unique advantages in the field of food and drug testing.This paper systematically reviews the research progress of ion chromatography technology in food and drug testing applications.Based on the literature,it elaborates on its specific applications in the analysis of food additives,inherent components,and pharmaceutical ingredients from the perspective of technical principles.Studies have shown that through the combination with mass spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma and other technologies,as well as the optimization of pretreatment technologies,ion chromatography has achieved high-sensitivity and high-throughput analysis in the detection of complex matrix samples.In the future,this technology will have broad development prospects in automation,coupling technology,and application of new functional materials,providing more accurate technical support for food and drug safety supervision.
