基于实景三维的城市建筑风貌管控决策平台设计与研究

摘要 梳理剖析城市风貌管控存在的现实问题,并以城市空间优化、城市功能完善、城市交通运行顺畅三大管控目标为导向,从研究区城市总体规划和各类专项规划中筛选总结了8类风貌管控指标,同时搭建了风貌管控决策辅助平台系统,探索了基于“管控要素—实景三维—决策辅助系统”的风貌管控技术机制,为其他地区的城市风貌管控决策实践提供案例参考。 This article analyzes the practical problems in urban style management and control,and guided by the three major control goals of urban space optimization,urban functional improvement,and smooth urban transportation operation,selects and summarizes 8 major style management and control indicators from the overall urban planning and various special plannings of the research area.At the same time,it establishes a style management and control decision-making assistance platform system,explores the technical mechanism of style management and control based on the"control elements-realistic 3D-decision-making support system",providing case references for decision-making practices of urban style management and control in other regions.
