摘要
文章在国家发布的相关技术文件基础上,充分结合辽宁省1∶10000基础地理信息数据特点,通过具体研究试验,对如何充分利用已有数据,转换生产基础地理实体数据的各环节进行了深入探讨及反复试验,建立了一套利用1∶10000基础地理信息数据、城市国土空间监测数据、国土变更调查数据等存量数据,结合各行业专题资料,快速整合、融合、转换生产地形级基础地理实体数据的方法。经实际生产论证,技术路线在保证成果质量满足国家要求的前提下,有效提高了生产效率。
Based on the characteristics of 1:10,000 scale basic geographic information data in Liaoning Province and the relevant technical documents issued by the state,through specific research experiments,in-depth discussions and repeated experiments were conducted in this paper on how to fully utilize existing data and various links of conversion production basic geographic entity data.A set of methods was established to quickly integrate,fuse,and conversion production terrain-level basic geographic entity data using stock data such as 1∶10000 scale basic geographic information data,urban land spatial monitoring data,and land change survey data,combined with thematic materials from various industries.Through practical production demonstration,the technical route has effectively improved production efficiency while ensuring that the quality of the results meets national requirements.
