电梯振动噪声分析与降噪技术在现代建筑中的应用

摘要 随着现代建筑向超高层化、密集化发展,电梯作为垂直交通核心载体,其振动噪声引发的建筑声污染问题日益凸显。振动能量通过建筑结构传导形成的低频噪声具有穿透性强、衰减缓慢的特性,不仅降低人居舒适度,更对精密医疗设备、高端实验室等特殊功能空间构成潜在威胁。现行降噪技术多聚焦单一设备改造,缺乏对建筑—设备—人因协同作用机制的系统解构,导致既有解决方案难以适配现代建筑复杂工况。基于此,本文研究电梯振动噪声的产生机理、传播路径与多模态抑制技术,以期构建机电系统与建筑空间一体化的噪声控制范式,为高密度城市环境下的建筑声学设计提供理论支撑与技术路径。 With the development of modern buildings towards ultra-high-rise and densification,elevators,as the core carriers of vertical transportation,are becoming increasingly prominent in the problem of architectural acoustic pollution triggered by their vibration noise.The low-frequency noise formed by vibration energy conduction through the building structure has the characteristics of strong penetration and slow attenuation,which not only reduces the comfort of human habitation,but also poses a potential threat to the precision medical equipment,high-end laboratories and other special functional spaces.Existing noise reduction technology focuses on single equipment modification,and lacks the systematic deconstruction of building-equipment-human factors synergistic mechanism,which makes it difficult for existing solutions to adapt to the complex working conditions of modern buildings.Therefore,this paper discusses the generation mechanism,propagation path and multimodal suppression technology of elevator vibration noise,in the hope of constructing a noise control paradigm that integrates electromechanical systems and architectural space,and providing theoretical support and technical paths for the acoustic design of buildings in high-density urban environments.
