摘要
数字化赋能是提高专精特新中小体育企业生存力、创新力和竞争力的关键抓手。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,明晰数字化赋能专精特新中小体育企业创新发展的内涵,揭示其发展过程呈现的倾向降本增效和精细化管理且尤为关注投入产出比、重点聚焦经营管理和生产制造环节的数字化改造、侧重选择“小快轻准”类数字化产品和解决方案、不同要素密集型中小体育企业数字化创新发展存在异质性等鲜明特征。在此基础上,进一步透视其面临的数字化创新政策支持和资金投入有限、数字化人才储备和技术应用能力不足、数据采集应用和资产保护能力欠缺、数字化服务供给低效化和创新发展环境不完善等创新发展困境。据此,提出增强创新发展动能,破解数字化创新资金瓶颈;强化数字化人才支撑,增强数字技术应用效能;释放数据要素价值潜能,筑牢创新发展安全屏障;提升数字化服务供给效能,优化创新发展环境等突破路径。
Digital empowerment is a key approach for enhancing the survival,innovation and competitiveness of specialized,sophisticated,unique and innovative small and medium-sized sports enterprises.By using the research methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study clarifies the connotation of digitalization empowering the innovative development of such sports enterprises,also reveals the cost reduction with efficiency improvement and a refined management during their development with particular focus on input-output ratio,digital transformation in business management and production processes,a preference for“small,fast,light and precise”digital products and solutions,and heterogeneity in the digital innovative development among these small and medium-sized sports enterprises in different factor intensive types.On this basis,the study further analyzes the dilemmas in the innovative development,including the limited policy support and financial investment,insufficient digital talent reserves and technological application capabilities,inadequate data collection,utilization and asset protection capabilities,as well as inefficient digital service supply and unfavorable innovative environment.Accordingly,it proposes several breakthrough paths:enhancing innovation momentum to break through the financial bottleneck of digital innovation;strengthening digital talent support:enhance the efficiency of digital technology applications;releasing the potential value of data element to build a solid safety guard for innovation development;and improving the efficiency of digital service supply to optimize the environment for innovation development,etc.
