摘要
为有效提升通信系统的抗震安全性,该文针对通信网络抗震薄弱单元的评价和识别方法进行研究。首先,提出基于基站掉站率的通信系统抗震能力评价方法。然后,对于抗震能力不满足要求的通信系统,综合考虑网络单元的拓扑重要度和抗震能力,提出一种评价网络单元抗震薄弱程度的加权平均指标W(v),给出指标界限值W_(L)的确定方法,据此识别出网络中的抗震薄弱单元。最后,以一个虚拟城市通信网络的整体抗震能力评价和抗震薄弱单元识别为例,验证了该文方法的有效性,并比较分析了基于3种不同加权策略的W(v)指标识别抗震薄弱单元的效率。分析结果表明,W(v)指标可以有效识别出通信网络中的抗震薄弱单元。此外,倾向于优先筛选高拓扑重要度的加权策略3,在薄弱节点识别效率上表现得更为突出。
To effectively enhance the seismic safety of communication systems,this paper studies the evaluation and identification methods for seismic weak components in communication networks.Firstly,a seismic capability evaluation method for communication systems is proposed based on the base station outage rate.For communication systems whose seismic capability does not meet the requirements,a weighted average index W(v)is proposed to evaluate the seismic weakness of network components,by comprehensively considering the topological importance and seismic capability of network units.A method for determining the threshold value W_(L) is presented,based on which the seismic weak components in the network can be identified.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through the overall seismic resistance evaluation and identification of seismically weak elements within a virtual city communication network.The effectiveness of the W(v)index in identifying seismically weak elements is then compared and analyzed using three different weighting strategies.The results demonstrate that the W(v)index effectively identifies seismically weak elements within the communication network,and that the third weighting strategy,which prioritizes high topological importance,performs more efficiently in identifying weak nodes.
