摘要
国有企业是中国特色社会主义事业的重要物质基础和战略支撑力量,深化国有企业改革是进一步全面深化改革的战略重点,而完善国有企业监督体制机制是新时期深化国资国企改革、提升国企核心竞争力的重要内容。当前国有企业监督机制应以强化监督体系建设、完善分类监督模式、坚持激励约束并重为重点改革方向,破解当前国资监管模式的体制机制弊端,实现国企高质量发展。
State-owned enterprises are an important material foundation and strategic supporting force for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises is a strategic focus of further comprehensively deepening reform.Moreover,improving the supervision system and mechanism of state-owned enterprises is an important part of deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises in the new era.At present,the supervision mechanism of state-owned enterprises should focus on strengthening the construction of the supervision system,improving the classified supervision model,and adhering to the equal emphasis on incentives and constraints as the key directions for reform,so as to overcome the drawbacks of the current institutional mechanisms of the state-owned assets supervision model and achieve the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
