蚯蚓酶解纳豆菌发酵液对蛋鸡肠道组织形态及微生物区系的影响

Effects of Earthworm Enzymatic Digestion of Natto Bacterial Fermentation Solution on Intestinal Tissue Morphology and Microbiota of Laying Hens

摘要 试验旨在探究饲粮中添加蚯蚓酶解纳豆菌发酵液对蛋鸡肠道形态与肠道微生物区系的影响。选取45周龄体重相近、健康的京红1号蛋鸡72只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复3只鸡。对照组(QN0组)饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组(QN1、QN2、QN3组)分别在基础饲粮中添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%蚯蚓酶解纳豆菌发酵液。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:在肠道形态上,与QN0组相比,QN2、QN3组的回肠绒毛高度、绒隐比均显著提高(P<0.05),且QN2组绒隐比最大(P<0.05);各试验组十二指肠、空肠绒毛长度、隐窝深度及绒隐比均未发生显著变化(P>0.05)。在肠道微生物结构上,与QN0组相比,各试验组盲肠微生物多样性无显著差异(P>0.05);蛋鸡盲肠微生物中的优势菌门依次为拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门,其相对丰度及F/B(厚壁菌门与拟杆菌门比例)在试验组和QN0组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);QN2、QN3组中变形菌门相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),且产甲烷菌及萨特氏菌等潜在有益菌数量显著增加(P<0.05);试验组中螺杆菌等弯曲杆菌的相对丰度虽有上升(P<0.05),但并未引发疾病。由此可知,蚯蚓酶解纳豆菌发酵液有助于改善蛋鸡肠道形态,并优化肠道微生物群落结构,在提升蛋鸡饲料利用率和维护肠道健康方面发挥积极作用。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of adding earthworm enzymatic digestion of natto bacterial fermentation solution to the diet on the intestinal morphology and gut microbiota of laying hens.Seventy-two healthy Jinghong 1 laying hens of similar weight at 45 weeks of age were selected and randomly divided into four groups with six replicates of three hens in each group.The control group(QN0)was fed a basal diet,and the three experimental groups(QN1,QN2,QN3)were supplemented with 0.10%,0.15%and 0.20%concentrations of earthworm enzymatic digestion of natto bacterial fermentation solution,respectively,in the basal diet.The pre-test period was 7 d,and the main test period was 42 d.The results showed that:in terms of intestinal histomorphol-ogy,the height of ileal villi and villous crypt ratio of QN2 and QN3 groups were significantly increased compared with QNO group(P<0.05),and the villous crypt ratio of QN2 group was the largest(P<0.05);the length of duodenum and jeju-num villi,the depth of crypt fossa,and the villous crypt ratio of the various test groups were not sig-nificantly changed(P>0.05).In terms of the struc-ture of intestinal flora,there was no significant dif-ference in the microbial diversity of cecum between the control group and each experimental group(P>0.05);the dominant phyla in the cecum microorganisms of egg-laying hens were Bacteroidetes and Fir-micutes in the order of the relative abundance and the ratio of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes(F/B)did not show any significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);the relative abundance of Proteobacteria in the groups of QN2 and QN3 was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the number of potentially beneficial bacteria such as methanogenic bacteria and Sartorius increased significantly(P<0.05);the relative abundance of Campylobacter such as Helicobacter increased in the test group(P<0.05),but it did not cause disease.It can be seen that the earthworm enzymatic digestion of natto bacterial fermentation solution helps to improve the intestinal morphology of laying hens and optimize the structure of gut microbiota community,which can play a positive role in improving the feed utilization rate of the laying hens and maintaining intestinal health.
