微生态制剂在畜禽生产中应用的研究进展

摘要 饲料禁抗后,寻求一类安全、环保、绿色的饲料添加剂产品是当今的研究热点。微生态制剂是饲料生产中研究应用较多的添加剂之一,具有毒副作用小、不易产生抗药性、安全环保等优点。在畜禽生产中,微生态制剂能够提高饲料中营养物质的消化吸收率和饲料的适口性,进而增加采食量;促进机体生长性能;调节畜禽肠道菌群健康和维持肠道菌群均衡;增强其免疫力,提高抗氧化性能,降低疾病发生率,提高成活率,降低畜禽粪尿中有害物质的排放,改善畜禽舍内的环境进而保护生态环境。文章主要综述了微生态制剂的种类、生物学功能及其在畜禽养殖应用中的研究进展,剖析微生态制剂是禁抗时代发展迅速的一种新型的绿色饲料添加剂,可以替代抗生素解决养殖问题,提高养殖效益。 After the prohibition of antibiotic resistance in feed,seeking a safe,environmentally friendly,and green additive product in feed production is currently a research hotspot.Microecological preparations are one of the most widely studied and applied in feed production.Microecological preparations are in line with the advantages of low toxicity,low resistance to drugs,and safety and environmental protection.In livestock and poultry production,microecological preparations can improve the digestion and absorption rate of nutri-ents in feed and the palatability of feed,thereby increasing feed intake,promote the growth performance of the body,regulating the health of gut microbiota in livestock and poultry and maintaining a balanced gut microbiota;Enhance its immunity,improve antioxidant performance,reduce disease incidence,improve sur-vival rate,reduce the emission of harmful substances from livestock and poultry manure and urine,improve the environment inside livestock and poultry houses,and thus play a role in protecting the ecological envi-ronment.This article mainly describes the types and biological functions of probiotics,as well as the research progress in their application in livestock and poultry breeding.It also analyzes the prospect of pro-biotics:as a new type of green feed additive developing rapidly in the post-antibiotic era,it can replace microecological preparations to solve breeding problems and improve breeding efficiency.
