基于水质分析的电厂反渗透膜针对性清洗维护策略

摘要 基于电厂原水水质特性分析与膜污染类型诊断,结合工程案例,系统阐述了针对不同污染特征的清洗方法及维护措施。通过对比清洗前、后水质指标和膜性能参数的变化数据,验证了所提方案的有效性。研究结果为反渗透膜系统的高效稳定运行提供了理论支撑,在降低运行成本、延长膜元件使用寿命方面具有实践指导价值。 Based on the analysis of raw water quality characteristics and diagnosis of membrane fouling types in power plants,combined with engineering cases,this paper systematically expounds the cleaning methods and maintenance measures for different pollution characteristics.By comparing the changes in water quality indicators and membrane performance parameters before and after cleaning,the effectiveness of proposed scheme was verified.The research results provide theoretical support for the efficient and stable operation of the reverse osmosis membrane system,and have practical guiding value in reducing operating costs and extending service life of membrane elements.
