摘要
随着大气污染防治工作推进,钢铁行业CO治理成为当前环境治理的新挑战,强化其系统治理对改善空气质量、推动企业绿色转型意义重大。在阐述烧结机工作原理、分析其有组织废气排放特点的基础上,深入剖析了主流治理技术,如CO催化氧化技术、烟气循环技术、富氧助燃技术和料面喷蒸汽技术的原理及优缺点。通过河北邯郸某钢铁企业案例,展示了多种技术联合应用对降低烧结机头烟气CO浓度的显著效果。
With the advancement of atmospheric pollution prevention and control,CO treat⁃ment in the iron and steel industry has become a new challenge in current environmental gover⁃nance.Strengthening its systematic treatment is of great significance for improving air quality and promoting green transformation of enterprises.Based on explaining the working principle of sintering machines and analyzing the characteristics of organized waste gas emissions,this paper deeply ana⁃lyzes the principles,advantages,and disadvantages of mainstream treatment technologies,such as CO catalytic oxidation technology,flue gas circulation technology,oxygen-enriched combustion technology,and material surface steam injection technology.Through a case study of an iron and steel enterprise in Handan,Hebei,it demonstrates the significant effect of the combined application of multiple technologies on reducing the CO concentration in sintering machine head flue gas.
