攀钢钒高炉开停炉环保放散装置研究

Research on Environmental Protection Bleeder Device for Blast Furnace Start-up and Shutdown at Pangang Group Vanadium&Titanium

摘要 针对传统高炉开炉、停炉过程中炉顶直接放散荒煤气造成的环境污染问题,开发了新型环保放散系统并成功应用于攀钢钒1#高炉。工程实践表明,该系统可完全回收利用合格煤气,对不合格煤气实施环保处理,解决了传统方式存在的粉尘、噪声、CO污染等问题,为钢铁行业高炉开炉、停炉作业提供了可靠的环保技术解决方案,具有显著的环境效益和经济效益。 To address the environmental pollution caused by the direct discharge of raw gas from the furnace top during traditional blast furnace start-up and shutdown processes,a new environmental protection bleeder system was developed and successfully applied to the No.1 blast furnace at Pangang Vanadium&Titanium.Engineering practice shows that this system can fully recover and utilize qualified gas,and implement environmentally friendly treatment for unqualified gas,solving problems such as dust,noise,and CO pollution associated with traditional methods.It provides a reliable environmental technical solution for blast furnace blow-in and blow-down operations in the iron and steel industry,with significant environmental and economic benefits.
