摘要
为了提高AZ31镁合金扩散焊接接头的性能,对10 mm厚AZ31镁合金挤压板材进行扩散焊接试验,对焊后退火的焊接接头的微观结构和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,当扩散温度为470℃,扩散时间为90 min时,焊接接头的剪切强度为41.32 MPa,显微硬度为72.8 HV。经过350℃4 h的焊后退火后,接头的剪切强度为49.15 MPa,显微硬度为83.5 HV,比退火前分别提高18.9%和14.7%,焊后退火过程促进焊缝处原子的扩散和再结晶,使焊缝处的显微组织出现共有晶粒,焊接接头的剪切断裂主要为韧性断裂。
In order to improve the performance of diffusion-welded joints of AZ31 magnesium alloy,diffusion-weld experiment was conducted on 10 mm-thick AZ31 magnesium alloy plates.After being welded,the joints were annealed and analyzed on microstructure and mechanical properties.The results show that the shear strength and microhardness are 41.32 MPa and 72.8 HV,respectively,after diffusion at 470℃for 90 min.After heating at 350℃and holding for 4 h,the post-welded and annealed joint has 49.15 MPa shear strength and 83.5 HV microhardness,18.9%and 14.7%higher than those before annealing.The post-weld annealing process promotes the diffusion and recrystallization of atoms at the weld joint,resulting in the appearance of common grains in the microstructure of the weld joint.The shear fracture of the weld joint is mainly ductile fracture.
