中间退火工艺对高纯铝箔立方织构含量的影响

摘要 应用EBSD分析测试方法研究了中间退火工艺对高纯铝箔织构演变的影响。结果表明,高纯铝箔经过多道次冷轧和箔轧后形成了类型复杂的织构,包含立方织构{100}<001>,Copper织构{112}<111>,Brass织构{011}<211>,S织构{123}<634>,R织构{124}<211>,Goss织构{011}<100>。中间退火的目的是形成立方织构晶核,其含量对最终退火后再结晶立方织构含量具有双重作用。合适的中间退火工艺有利于提高立方织构含量。 The effect of intermediate annealing on the texture evolution of high-purity aluminum foil was studied using EBSD analysis.The results show that complex textures are formed in high-purity aluminum foil after multi-pass cold rolling and foil rolling,including Cube texture{100}<001>,Copper texture{112}<111>,Brass texture{011}<211>,S texture{123}<634>,R texture{124}<211>,and Goss texture{011}<100>.The purpose of intermediate annealing is to form cubic-textured crystal nuclei.Its content has a dual effect on the content of recrystallized cubic texture after final annealing.A suitable intermediate annealing process is beneficial for increasing the content of cubic texture.
