摘要
在企业数字化转型背景下,传统采购发票管理存在效率低、风险高等问题。研究聚焦大模型技术在采购发票智能校验与风险管控中的应用,构建基于“数据共享-能力互补-流程重塑”的智能化管理体系,通过多模态数据解析、智能推理及自动化流程,实现发票信息提取、多维数据比对及风险预警。研究结果表明,大模型技术可显著提升采购发票管理的智能化水平,优化流程效率并增强财务安全性,为供应链数字化转型提供理论与实践参考。未来研究需进一步关注数据泛化能力、安全合规性及组织协同等挑战。
Against the backdrop of corporate digital transformation,traditional procurement invoice management is confronted with issues such as low efficiency and high risks.The study focuses on the application of large model technology in the intelligent verification and risk control of procurement invoices,constructing an intelligent management system based on"data sharing-capability complementarity-process reshaping".Through multimodal data analysis,intelligent reasoning,and automated processes,it enables invoice information extraction,multi-dimensional data comparison,and risk early warning.The research demonstrates that large model technology can significantly enhance the intelligence level of procurement invoice management,optimize process efficiency,and strengthen financial security,providing theoretical and practical references for supply chain digital transformation.Future research needs to further address challenges such as data generalization ability,security compliance,and organizational collaboration.
