数字化供应链融资实施效果及优化研究——以三一重工为例 被引量:1

Research on the Implementation Effect and Optimization of Digital Supply Chain Financing:A Case Study of Sany Heavy Industry

摘要 当前,工程机械行业供应链上下游企业面临资金短缺的问题愈发显著,供应链融资与数字技术融合正逐步成为该领域的重要发展方向。三一重工于2019年推出三一“金票”供应链融资平台,通过区块链等数字化技术帮助中小企业缓解资金压力。文章运用熵值法对三一重工数字供应链融资的实施效果进行综合评价,并从融资成本和供应链关系两个角度进行评价结果分析。结果表明,三一“金票”供应链融资平台有助于解决供应商融资难题。但研究发现,三一重工仍存在供应链融资模式单一和过度占用供应商资金的问题。针对这些问题,文章从企业角度提出了丰富供应链融资产品和合理设置付款期限的建议。 The shortage of funds faced by upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain of the construction machinery industry is becoming increasingly prominent,and the integration of supply chain financing and digital technology is gradually becoming an important development direction in this field.Sany Heavy Industry launched the Sany Jinpiao Supply Chain Financing Platform in 2019,which helps small and medium-sized enterprises alleviate financial pressure through digital technologies such as blockchain.The paper uses the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the implementation effect of Sany Heavy Industry's digital supply chain financing,and analyzes the evaluation results from the perspectives of financing costs and supply chain relationships.Research has shown that the Sany Jinpiao supply chain financing platform can help solve supplier financing difficulties.Research has found that Sany Heavy Industry still faces problems with a single supply chain financing model and excessive use of supplier funds.In response to the above issues,we propose suggestions from the perspective of enterprises to enrich supply chain financing products and set reasonable payment terms.
