摘要
运用CiteSpace软件对CNKI数据库中2000—2024年福鼎白茶相关中文研究文献进行计量分析,共筛选出福鼎白茶研究文献252篇,平均为每年10.1篇,年度发文量整体呈上升趋势;《福建茶叶》是福鼎白茶研究文献发表最多的期刊,林喜盈等人是发文量较大的作者;宁德师范学院、宁德市茶叶管理局、福建省农业科学院茶叶研究所等机构在该领域研究氛围浓厚。进一步分析表明,发文量增加可以增强福鼎白茶品牌影响力。福鼎白茶研究和产业发展离不开福鼎白茶品牌打造和宁德市各方的技术支撑。福鼎白茶今后几年的研究热点可能会聚集于白茶品质、存储技术、有机生产等方面。
Using CiteSpace software,a quantitative analysis was conducted on Chinese research literature related to Fuding white tea from 2000 to 2024 in the CNKI database.The results show that a total of 252 research articles on Fuding white tea were screened,with an average of 10.1 articles per year,and the overall annual publication volume showed an upward trend.'Fujian tea'was the journal with the most published research literature on Fuding white tea.Lin Xiying and others were authors with a large number of publications.Ningde Normal University,Ningde Tea Management Bureau,Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences Tea Research Institute,and others had a strong research atmosphere in this field.Further analysis shows that an increase in the number of articles published can enhance the brand influence.The research and industrial development of Fuding white tea cannot be separated from the brand building of Fuding white tea and the technical support of various parties in Ningde City.The research hotspots of Fuding white tea in the next few years might focus on aspects such as white tea quality,storage technology,and organic production tea.
