摘要
探索了两种利用折光仪快速测定茶叶中水浸出物含量的方法。测定结果显示,在实验条件下,拟合曲线法与k值法测定茶叶中水浸出物含量的结果与以《茶水浸出物测定》(GB/T 8305-2013)方法测定的结果没有显著差异,同时拟合曲线法与k值法缩短了整个实验过程,且大大降低了对检测人员技能的要求,因此具有较好的应用前景。
Two methods for rapidly measuring the water extract content of tea using a refractometer were explored.The results show that under the test conditions,there was no significant difference between the results obtained using the fitting curve method or the k value method for the content of water-soluble extractives in tea and those determined by GB/T 8305—2013.This method shortens the entire experimental process,greatly reduces the requirements for personnel skills,and has a good application prospect.
