摘要
金平长安矿业某工程,为解决矿山井巷基建中岩石开挖效率低、巷道成形质量差的问题,采用了光面爆破技术。该方法通过控制炮眼的布置、装药量及起爆顺序,实现岩石的快速、均匀崩落,并确保巷道断面的平整性。实践应用结果表明,光面爆破技术提高掘进效率,改善巷道成形质量,为矿山井巷基建的安全、高效施工提供保障。
A project of Jinping Changan Mining adopted smooth blasting technology to solve the problems of low rock excavation efficiency and poor drift forming quality in mine shaft and drift infrastructure construction.The method achieves rapid and uniform rock collapse and ensures the flatness of the drift section by controlling the arrangement of blastholes,charge amount,and detonation sequence.The practical application results show that smooth blasting technology improves excavation efficiency,improves the quality of drift forming,and provides guarantees for the safe and efficient construction of mine shaft and drift infrastructure.
