低品位高泥高砷含锡硫铁矿浮选试验研究

摘要 黄铁矿是地壳中分布最广的硫铁矿,毒砂常与其密切共生,它们的结构与表面化学性质相似,不易分离,故产出的黄铁矿精矿中常含有大量毒砂,会严重影响后续化工制酸产品质量,且污染环境[1]。鉴于矿产资源高效利用与环境保护,针对广西大厂镇的低品位高泥高砷含锡硫铁矿进行了硫砷分离的浮选试验研究,指出毒砂与黄铁矿的分离与综合回收利用具有重要意义。 Pyrite is the most widely distributed pyrite in the Earth’s crust.Arsenopyrite often coexists closely with it.Their structure and surface chemical properties are similar,and they are not easy to separate.Therefore,the produced pyrite concentrate often contains a large amount of arsenopyrite,which will seriously affect the quality of subsequent chemical acid products and pollute the environment[1].In view of the efficient utilization of mineral resources and environmental protection,a flotation test study on sulfur and arsenic separation was conducted on low-grade,high-mud,high-arsenic tin-containing pyrite in Dachang Town,Guangxi.The separation and comprehensive recycling of arsenopyrite and pyrite are of great significance.
