摘要
在城市经济社会全面数字化的背景下,城市运行机制、规划理念与治理方式正在经历深刻转型。城市研究的范式也亟需寻求突破,以适应信息化背景下多维要素耦合和政策协同的要求。本文立足城市化与信息化交融发展的背景,通过分析创新驱动下的产业结构升级、要素流动性提升与政策精准适配,阐述城市运行呈现出的功能高度集聚、协同关系复杂与空间滞后效应等新特征,最后通过对产业集群、城市规模与制度设计等关键议题的分析,呼吁深入探讨一种以“空间整合—要素融合—制度配合”为创新核心机制的城市科学研究范式,强调基于大数据、感知网络等数字工具的动态分析能力,推动空间规划与制度设计的深度协同,探索面向可持续治理目标的城市科学发展路径。
Against the backdrop of comprehensive digitalization in urban economies and societies,the operational mechanisms,planning philosophies,and governance models of cities are undergoing profound transformations.The paradigm of urban research must also seek breakthroughs to meet the requirements of multi-dimensional factor coupling and policy coordination in the context of informatization.Based on the integrated development of urbanization and informatization,this paper analyzes industrial structure upgrading driven by innovation,enhanced factor mobility,and precise policy adaptation.It elaborates on the new characteristics emerging in urban operations,such as high functional concentration,complex synergistic relationships,and spatial lag effects.Finally,through an analysis of key issues including industrial clusters,city size,and institutional design,the paper calls for in-depth exploration of a new urban science research paradigm centered on the core mechanism of"spatial integration—factor fusion—institutional coordination."It emphasizes the dynamic analytical capabilities based on digital tools like big data and sensor networks,promotes deep synergy between spatial planning and institutional design,and explores development pathways for urban science aimed at sustainable governance goals.
