摘要
目的 探究穴位贴敷配合葫芦灸对风寒湿痹型腰痛病患者的护理效果。方法 选取2022年8月-2023年7月在萍乡市中医医院颈肩腰腿痛专科门诊接受护理的60例风寒湿痹型腰痛病患者作为研究对象,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分成观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上予以穴位贴敷配合葫芦灸。比较两组护理前、后疼痛情况、腰椎功能及护理效果、护理满意度。结果 两组护理前VAS得分、日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopaedic Associationscores,JOA)JOA得分以及生活质量各维度得分比较无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组护理后VAS得分低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评估量表得分高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能三维度得分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理总有效率及护理满意度比较均以观察组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷配合葫芦灸可有效提升风寒湿痹型腰痛病患者的治疗效果,并改善生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of acupoint application with gourd moxibustion on patients with wind-cold-damp paralysis-type lumbago disease.Methods Sixty cases of wind-cold-dampness-paralysis-type lumbago patients treated in the neck-shoulder-lumbar-leg pain specialist outpatient clinic of Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into an observation group and a control group of 30 cases each in accordance with the principle of comparability of baseline data between the groups.In the control group,routine nursing was implemented,acupoints were applied with gourd moxibustion on the basis of routine care in the observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of pain,lumbar spine function,treatment effect and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in the VAS score,Japanese Orthopaedic Associationscores(JOA)score and quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);the observation group's VAS score was lower than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05),and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the JOA scale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of the three dimensions of physical function,psychological function and social function in the quality of life,as well as the total score,were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupressure and gourd moxibustion can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with wind-cold-dampness paralysis type lumbago,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
