摘要
目的 探讨Teach-back健康教育联合太极拳运动在急性心肌梗死(AMI)康复期患者中的应用效果。方法 将2022年12月-2024年2月在上海市中医药大学附属曙光医院接受治疗的61例AMI康复期患者纳入研究,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为观察组(n=31)与对照组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理联合太极拳运动干预,观察组在对照组基础上结合Teach-back健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)评分、疾病知识掌握程度量表评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、健康状况问卷(SF-36)评分情况。结果 两组患者实施护理干预前LVEF、CO、FEV_(1)、FVC值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者实施Teachback健康教育联合太极拳运动后LVEF、 CO、FEV_(1)、FVC水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者实施护理干预前6MWT距离、 CSMS评分及疾病知识掌握评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者实施Teach-back健康教育联合太极拳运动后6MWT距离长于对照组,CSMS评分及疾病知识掌握评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者实施干预前SDS、SAS、SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者实施Teach-back健康教育联合太极拳运动后SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Teach-back健康教育联合太极拳运动在AMI康复期患者中应用,可增强其心肺功能,提高自我管理效能,提高生活质量,对AMI康复期患者有良好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of Teach-back health education combined with Tai Chi exercise in patients during the rehabilitation period of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 61 patients during the rehabilitation period of AMI who were treated at Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to February 2024 were included in the study.According to the principle of comparability of basic data between the groups,the patients were divided into an observation group(n=31)and a control group(n=30).The control group received routine nursing combined with Tai Chi exercise intervention,while the observation group received Teach-back health education on the basis of the control group.The left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),6-minute walking test(6MWT),Coronary Artery Disease Self-Management Scale(CSMS)scores,disease knowledge mastery scale scores,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36)scores of the two patient groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before implementing the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the LVEF,CO,FEV1 and FVC between the two groups(P>0.05).After implementing the Teach-back health education combined with Tai Chi exercise,the LVEF,CO,FEV1 and FVC levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before implementing the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the 6MWT distance,CSMS scores and disease knowledge mastery scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After implementing the Teach-back health education combined with Tai Chi exercise,the 6MWT distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and both the CSMS score and disease knowledge mastery score were higher in the observation group compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before implementing the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the SDS,SAS and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After implementing the Teach-back health education combined with Tai Chi exercise,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and SF-36 score and was higher in the observation group compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Teach-back health education combined with Tai Chi exercise in patients during the rehabilitation period of AMI can enhance their cardiopulmonary function,improve their self-management efficiency,and improve their quality of life.It has a good application effect on patients during the rehabilitation period of AMI.
