摘要
目的 探讨线下思维导图与线上O2O融合式宣教模式在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月医院收治的160例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照基线资料匹配的原则将160例患者分为对照组与观察组,每组80例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上实施线下思维导图与线上O2O融合式宣教,观察并比较两组患者血糖管理知识、自我管理行为及血糖控制情况。结果 干预后观察组血糖管理知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组自我管理行为饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理、用药评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖控制情况(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 本次研究将线下思维导图与线上O2O融合式宣教模式应用在2型糖尿病患者中,系统性提升了患者的血糖管理知识和管理行为,改善了患者的血糖控制情况。
Objective To explore the effect of the fusion of offline mind mapping and online O2O in the application of type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods To select 160 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 as the study subjects,and the 160 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group with 80 patients in each group according to the principle of matching baseline data.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group implemented a fusion of offline mind mapping and online O2O education on the basis of the control group,to observe and compare the knowledge of glucose management,self-management behaviours and glucose control of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose management knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Self-management behaviours diet,exercise,blood glucose monitoring,feet nursing,medication scores and total scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indicators of glycemic control(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated haemoglobin)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This research showed that,the integration of offline mind mapping and online O2O in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients systematically improved the patients'knowledge and behaviour of blood glucose management,and improved the patients'blood glucose control.
