摘要
随着各国海外利益日益扩展,我国海上行动的强度不断提升,因此迫切需要构建海情感知预警体系。以美国和日本为研究对象,从能力、部署和发展等角度对典型海情感知预警系统进行了整理,通过剖析典型海情感知预警系统建设特点及发展趋势,提炼出发展建议,从而为我国海情感知预警体系的总体论证设计与建设提供参考。
With the expansion of overseas interests of various countries,the intensity of China's maritime operations is constantly increasing,so it is urgent to build the sea situation perception and early warning system.Taking U.S.and Japan as research objects,the typical sea situation perception and early warning systems are sorted out from the perspective of capability,deployment and development.By analyzing the construction characteristics and development trend of the typical sea situation perception and early warning system,the development suggestions are extracted.It can provide a reference for the overall demonstration design and construction of China's sea situation perception and early warning system.
