摘要
首先,分层分类梳理了信息化作战体系、联合作战指挥控制体系等基本概念,阐述了概念之间的关联;然后,针对这些动态演化的体系,讨论了以美国国防部体系架构框架(DoDAF)为代表的体系架构设计方法的不足,介绍了欧美近期关于动态演化体系工程的主要工作,如DANSE和FILA‑SoS项目;最后,针对联合作战指挥控制体系,提出了一种新的“架构+智能”的体系规划设计方法,该方法集成了大数据与人工智能技术来处理适用性和演化的系统架构,重点解决架构面向任务动态构建和实时优化问题。
Firstly,the concepts of information-based combat systems and joint operation command and control systems are systematically examined,and their interrelations are expounded.Then,aiming at the dynamically evolving systems,the limitations of traditional architecture design methods,such as Department of Defense architecture framework(DoDAF)is discussed.Recent advancements in dynamically evolving system-of-systems(SoS)engineering in Europe and the United States are reviewed,including the designing for adaptability and evolution in system of systems(DANSE)and the flexible and intelligent learning architectures for SoS(FILA-SoS)projects.Finally,aiming at the joint operation command and control systems,a novel planning and design method with"architecture+intelligence"is proposed.The method integrates big data and artificial intelligence technologies to enable adaptive and evolutionary architectures,addressing the challenges of dynamic task-oriented construction and real-time optimization.
