摘要
随着肺移植手术技术与围手术期管理的日臻成熟,术后康复重心已前移至居家阶段。自我管理能力被视为延长移植物存活、降低并发症发生率并提升生活质量的关键因素,亟需通过科学工具进行量化评估。本研究系统梳理并分析近年来国内外关于肺移植受者自我管理行为及其测评工具的研究进展,以期为科学、全面地评估患者居家自我管理能力提供循证依据。肺移植患者居家自我管理的评估工具以单维度为主,部分评估工具未报告信效度,并且存在一定的偏倚风险。未来,需进一步优化评估方法,推广个性化管理方案,以促进肺移植患者的全面康复。
With the continuous development of lung transplantation technology,the self-man⁃agement ability of patients in postoperative rehabilitation and long-term management has become a key factor affecting the quality of life and prognosis.This article systematically retrieved relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent years,analyzed the current situation of self-management of lung transplant patients and the research progress of assessment tools,aiming to scientifically evaluate the home self-management ability of patients.Studies have shown that the assessment tools for home self-management of lung transplant patients are mainly one-dimensional.Some as⁃sessment tools do not report reliability and validity and have a certain risk of bias.In the future,it is necessary to further optimize the assessment methods and promote personalized management plans to facilitate the comprehensive rehabilitation of lung transplant patients.
