摘要
本总结1例终末期心力衰竭行双心室辅助装置(BiVAD)植入术患者的护理经验。护理要点包括机械辅助装置监护与心功能的维护、体外控制器及线路管理、出血及血栓的观察、分级康复训练以及感染的预防及护理。经过多学科团队的精细化管理,患者未发生严重设备报警、导管感染及脱出、出血或血栓事件,术后15 d顺利出院。
This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient undergoing biventricular assist device(BiVAD)implantation for end-stage heart failure.Key issues of nursing included device monitoring and maintenance of cardiac function,maintenance of extracorporeal controller and catheters,observation of bleeding and thrombosis,graded rehabilitation training and prevention of infection.No adverse events such as severe ICU alarms,catheter-related infection and unplanned extubation,bleeding or thrombosis were reported.Patient was discharged form hospital at 15 days after surgery.
