摘要
早期经口进食(EOF)是术后加速康复的核心措施,可维护肠屏障、降低感染率并缩短住院日。然而,对于ICU内吞咽反射迟钝、意识未完全恢复的患者,EOF常伴随误吸、呛咳及吸入性肺炎,严重影响患者术后早期康复。因此,在确保营养供给的同时,降低误吸风险已成为ICU患者术后管理的关键环节。本实用新型专利装置具有定量精准、流速可控、操作便捷等优势,有助于提升患者进食主动性能,有效降低呛咳、误吸风险事件,缩短护理工时,为ICU患者术后安全实施EOF提供了简便、经济且可推广的硬件解决方案。
Early Oral Feeding(EOF)is a key measure in postoperative enhanced recovery,as it helps maintain intestinal barrier,reduce risk of infection,and shortens length of hospital stay.However,for ICU patients with delayed swallowing reflexes or incomplete consciousness recovery,EOF is often associated with complications such as aspiration,coughing,and aspiration pneumonia,significantly hindering early postoperative recovery.Therefore,ensuring adequate nutrition and minimizing the risk of aspiration has become a critical aspect of postoperative management in ICU patients.The utility model discloses a feeding device convenient for postoperative patients in ICU,which comprises a storage structure,a flow-limiting component for restricting the flow of food and a sucking structure for patients to suck food.Through the above structure,the patients'ability of selffeeding can be increased,the incidence of aspiration can be reduced,and the workload of nursing staff can be reduced,thereby promoting the improvement of nursing quality.
