摘要
本文总结1例胃癌伴肝转移患者放疗导致急性皮肤反应伴发热症状的护理经验。护理要点包括:及时采用中医外治方法耳穴压丸联合穴位拍打按摩护理干预以泻热解毒;同时给予降温用药、过敏用药,以及炉甘石外涂;缓解期维持耳穴压丸巩固疗效和预防过敏复发。经评估,患者症状未再复发,顺利完成放疗出院。
This article presents the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing experience in managing acute skin allergic reactions and fever induced by radiotherapy in a liver-metastatic gastric cancer patient.Key nursing interventions included:Prompting application of TCM exter⁃nal therapies,including auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint tapping and massage;Jointly us⁃ing use of antipyretics,antiallergics,and calamine lotion application;continued auricular acu⁃point therapy after symptom relief to consolidate therapeutic effects and prevent allergy recur⁃rence.Through integrated TCM-Western medicine nursing,the patient's skin allergy and fever were successfully resolved without recurrence,allowing completion of radiotherapy and subse⁃quent discharge.
