摘要
本文总结1例心力衰竭合并痛风患者的中西医结合护理体会。基于护理评估和辨证分型,在用药指导、排痰护理、生活指导等常规护理基础上,开展穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压、皮内针、蜡敷、中药敷贴中医护理适宜技术,共同发挥疏通经络、调和气血、泄浊化瘀之效,有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,改善心功能。
This study summarized integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nurs⁃ing for a patient with heart failure complicated by gout.An approach combining Traditional Chi⁃nese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine was implemented.Western medical interventions in⁃cluded medication guidance,sputum excretion,daily living support,etc.Based on the nursing as⁃sessment and syndrome differentiation,TCM nursing techniques including acupoint application,auricular acupoint pressing,intradermal needling,wax compress therapy and Chinese herbal med⁃icine compress were carried out to jointly promote meridian dredging,Qi-blood harmonization,and turbidity-resolving blood stasis elimination.The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing is effective to relieve pain symptoms and improve cardiac function of the patient with heart failure complicated by gout.
