摘要
目的探讨艾灸疗法在高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者中的辅助治疗作用。方法选取2022年4月—2024年4月医院妇科就诊的经宫颈癌筛查结果为高危型HPV的患者70例为研究对象,采用数字随机法分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组采用常规阴道给药和护理;试验组在常规宫颈给药和护理的基础上增加艾灸疗法。所有患者经过3个月的分组干预后复查HPV,检测两组患者阴道分泌物清洁度变化情况,对比两组HPV复查结果转阴率,评价患者对护理服务的满意度。结果干预1个月、2个月和3个月后,两组阴道分泌物清洁度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者的高危HPV转阴率57.14%(20/35),高于对照组的25.71%(9/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸疗法辅助治疗高危型HPV感染效果明确。
Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion as an adjuvant therapy for pa⁃tients with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 70 patients who were diagnosed with high-risk HPV in the cervical cancer screening were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the principle of numerical random⁃ization,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group only received intravaginal ad⁃ministration and routine care,and those in the experimental group were given moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.Vaginal cleanliness was evaluated before intervention and once a month after intervention.HPV test was carried out after a three-month intervention,and rate of negative conversion of HPV was compared between two groups.Patient satisfaction with nursing service was investigated by using a self-made questionnaire.Results There was no significant difference in grades of vaginal cleanliness between two groups after intervention(P>0.05).The rate of negative conversion of HPV in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(57.14%vs.25.71%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(94.29%vs.74.29%,P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion is effective in adjuvant therapy for patients with high-risk HPV infection.
