摘要
目的深入了解多次胆道手术患者的真实患病体验,为其提供更加全面和有效的护理支持,促进其身心康复。方法采用现象学研究法,以目的抽样结合滚雪球抽样方法选取上海某三甲医院胆道外科15例多次胆道手术患者进行半结构式访谈,通过框架内容分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果总结出4个主题:①身体感受:患病后的疼痛与不适、身体功能受限;②心理状态:患病后的负性情绪:焦虑与恐惧、疾病的不确定感明显;③生活影响:日常生活受限、社会角色改变;④多样化支持需求:疾病信息、心理支持。结论多次胆道手术患者在疾病诊疗过程中存在多样化需求,医护人员应重视完善干预体系,加强健康科普教育,寻找合适的干预方式对多次胆道手术患者提供延续性护理,提高其生活质量。
Objective To gain an in-depth understanding of the real-life experiences of pa⁃tients who have undergone multiple biliary surgeries,in order to provide them with more compre⁃hensive and effective nursing support and promote their physical and psychological recovery.Methods A phenomenological research approach was adopted.Purposive sampling combined with snowball sampling was used to select 15 patients who had undergone multiple biliary surger⁃ies from a tertiary hospital in Shanghai.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with these pa⁃tients.The interview data were organized and analyzed using thematic content analysis.Results Four main themes were identified:1.Physical Sensations:Pain and discomfort after illness,and limitations in physical function.2.Psychological State:Negative emotions such as anxiety and fear after illness,and a significant sense of uncertainty about the disease.3.Impact on Life:Re⁃strictions in daily living and changes in social roles.4.Diverse Support Needs:Information on the disease and psychological support.Conclusion Patients who have undergone multiple biliary surgeries have diverse needs during the diagnosis and treatment process.Healthcare professionals should pay attention to improving the intervention system,strengthening health education,and finding appropriate ways to provide continuous care for these patients,in order to improve their quality of life.
