摘要
随着轨道交通装备的快速发展,轻量化和高性能成为设计的重要目标。热塑性树脂基碳纤维复合材料以其高比强度、高比刚度、优异的抗冲击性能及工艺性能成为轨道交通领域内发展迅速的新兴材料之一,利用热塑性树脂可以焊接的特点,可实现零部件快速生产,降低制造成本。为了快速分析热塑性碳纤维复合材料焊接结构性能,本文介绍热塑性碳纤维复合材料焊接连接的参数化建模方法,阐述焊接连接参数化建模的理论方法和具体实现步骤,开发典型焊接结构参数化建模插件,最后通过实例验证了插件的有效性和实用性,展示了其在提高计算效率和缩短设计周期方面的显著优势。
With the rapid development of rail transit equipment,lightweight and high performance have become important design goals.Thermoplastic resin-based carbon fiber composite materials have become one of the rapidly developing emerging materials in the rail transit field thanks to their high specific strength,high specific stiffness,excellent impact resistance and process performance.By taking advantage of the welding feature of thermoplastic resins,rapid production of components can be achieved and manufacturing costs can be reduced.In order to quickly analyze the structural performance of thermoplastic carbon fiber composite material welding,a parametric modeling method for thermoplastic carbon fiber composite material welding connection is introduced.The theoretical method and specific implementation steps of parametric modeling for welding connection are expounded.A typical parametric modeling plugin for welding structure is developed.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the plugin are verified through examples,and its significant advantages in improving calculation efficiency and shortening design cycle are demonstrated.
