摘要
针对涤纶短纤维装置蒸汽及其冷凝水低品位热能利用率低的问题,以200 kt/a涤纶短纤维装置为例,提出了一种将厂区富裕低压蒸汽及涤纶短纤维生产过程中产生的蒸汽冷凝水余热应用于集中式送风空调系统冷热源的设计方案:将2.2 MPa中压蒸汽冷凝水闪蒸为0.3 MPa低压饱和蒸汽,夏季时利用低压饱和蒸汽作为驱动热源用于蒸汽型溴化锂制冷机制取冷水,再接入组合式空调机组表冷段,保证空调系统所需冷负荷;冬季时将低压饱和蒸汽直接接入组合式空调机组加热段和干燥汽加湿段,同时将部分中压蒸汽冷凝水送入组合式空调机组的预热段,保证空调系统所需热负荷和加湿负荷。该设计将蒸汽余热和蒸汽冷凝水能量的回收利用与组合式空调机组温湿度调节相结合,既实现了组合式空调机组加热加湿功能的创新,又大幅提高了涤纶短纤维装置的热能利用率,节约热能达3450 kW·h。
To address the low utilization efficiency of low-grade heat energy from steam and condensate in polyester staple fiber plants,a design scheme was proposed using a 200 kt/a polyester staple fiber plant as an example.The scheme applies surplus low-pressure steam within the plant and the residual heat of steam condensate generated during polyester staple fiber production to the central air-conditioning system as heat and cool sources.Specifically,the 2.2 MPa medium-pressure steam condensate is flashed into 0.3 MPa low-pressure saturated steam.In summer,the low-pressure saturated steam is used as the driving heat source for a steam lithium bromide chiller to produce chilled water,which is then supplied to the cooling coil section of the combined air-conditioning unit,thereby meeting the cooling load requirements of the air-conditioning system.In winter,the low-pressure saturated steam is directly supplied to the heating section and the dry-steam humidification section of the combined air-conditioning unit,while part of the medium-pressure steam condensate is delivered to the preheating section of the unit to ensure the required heating load and humidity conditions for the air-conditioning system.The proposed design integrates the recovery and utilization of residual steam and steam condensate with the temperature and humidity regulation of the combined air-conditioning unit.It not only innovatively realizes the heating and humidification functions of the air-conditioning unit,but also significantly improves the heat energy utilization efficiency of the polyester staple fiber plant,achieving heat energy savings of 3450 kW·h.
