TS-1催化剂与金属膜过滤器的适配性优化改造

摘要 为解决氨肟化装置金属膜过滤器堵塞导致运行成本高、环保压力大的问题,分析了影响钛硅分子筛(TS-1)催化剂与金属膜过滤器适配性的因素,提出了优化改造措施。结果表明:氨肟化反应过程中,影响TS-1催化剂与金属膜过滤器适配性的因素包括催化剂的骨架成分、再生催化剂的用量、催化剂的浓度等;通过补加硅溶胶助剂,将再生TS-1催化剂的用量提升至催化剂总用量的50%以上,TS-1催化剂与金属膜过滤器的适配性明显提高,反应釜内催化剂质量分数由6%~7%提高至9%~10%,膜组件更换频次从14组/月降至3组/月,单釜催化剂运行周期延长50~70 d,新鲜TS-1催化剂消耗由0.10 kg/t降至0.07 kg/t,环己酮肟收率由99.75%提升至99.85%,废水中化学需氧量(COD)下降约20%。 To address the problems of high operating costs and environmental pressure caused by clogging of metal membrane filters in the ammoximation unit,the influential factors on the compatibility between titanium silicalite(TS-1)molecular sieve catalyst and metal membrane filters were analyzed,and the optimization and modification measures were proposed.The results showed that during the ammoximation reaction,the factors affecting the compatibility of TS-1 catalyst with metal membrane filters include the framework composition of the catalyst,the dosage of regenerated catalyst,and the catalyst concentration;and by adding silica sol as an auxiliary agent and increasing the proportion of regenerated TS-1 catalyst to more than 50%of the total catalyst,the compatibility between TS-1 catalyst and metal membrane filters was significantly improved;the catalyst mass fraction in the reactor increased from 6%-7%to 9%-10%,the replacement frequency of membrane modules decreased from 14 sets/month to 3 sets/month,the single-reactor catalyst run length was extended by 50-70 d,the consumption of fresh TS-1 catalyst was reduced from 0.1 kg/t to 0.07 kg/t,the yield of cyclohexanone oxime improved from 99.75%to 99.85%,and the chemical oxygen demand(COD)in wastewater decreased by about 20%.
